All event bookings requires a 50% non-refundable. If inclement weather is pending or starts for an outdoor event, and if customer can not provide an alternative indoor venue, then the 360 services are suspended. We will allow a 3 month raincheck to be used for a one-time event within that time frame. THIS APPLIES FOR THE PACKAGE ORIGINALLY BOOKED, THERE IS NO UPGRADE FOR RAINCHECK.
